Richelle Mead’s popular YA series Vampire Academy, finished up at the end of last year with the sixth and final book Last Sacrifice. Even though the last book was a hit with fans, many people were left wondering “What happens now for the minor characters?” Well to help answer some of those questions Richelle has created Bloodlines a Vampire Academy spin-off. Sydney, a human alchemist, will be the narrator in Bloodlines and other cast members include Jill, Eddie and possibly even Adrian.

Love and Loyalty Run Deeper Than Blood
My Thoughts: Last Sacrifice had me enthralled from the very beginning. I’m not going to go into to much detail because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, but I am going to say that there were parts of the story that I suspected all the way through the series and a few surprises!
I would have liked to see a bit of the Rose, Demetri, Adrian love triangle played out but it was a good way to wrap up the series.
